Social Media Manager – Part-Time, Fully Remote (Asynchronous)

Location: Fully remote, work-from-anywhere
Schedule: Part-time, asynchronous — no fixed hours required
Compensation: $180–$230/month, based on experience, paid via direct deposit on the 15th of each month
Training Pay: $30/hour, paid training period
Start Date: As close to/on August 1st as possible
Contract Type: Ongoing, contingent on client’s monthly contract renewal
Probationary Period: 30 days

About the Role

Kimora K. Social is hiring a Social Media Manager to run day-to-day content posting and fan engagement across a client’s Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit accounts. This is a fully remote, asynchronous position — you set your own schedule as long as deliverables and response times are met.

Responsibilities

• Post the client’s content to Instagram, X, and Reddit a minimum of twice per week per platform using a scheduling tool

• Write original, creative, on-brand captions that drive engagement

• Actively engage with comments and replies to build community and retention

• Funnel followers toward the client’s premium platforms through strategic CTAs and captions

• Be comfortable working with explicit adult content sourced from a cloud drive

• Respond to company and client messages and requests in the shared Telegram group chat within 24 hours

• Collaborate with the broader account management team and client reference document to stay aligned on brand voice and premium platform campaigns

Requirements

• Reliable computer with high-speed internet (no phone-only workflows)

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (preferred, but will train)

• Strong, creative writing skills for captions and engagement

• Comfortable working with explicit adult content professionally and discreetly

• Must sign an NDA prior to onboarding to protect the company and client

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async environment

• Reliable internet connection and consistent availability for check-ins

Compensation & Schedule Details

• Pay: $180–$230/month based on experience, direct deposit on the 15th monthly

• Paid training at $30/hour before regular pay structure begins

• All federal holidays off

• 30-day probationary period to start

• Ongoing position for as long as the client’s contract remains active
